2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. Oishi Sushi reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
Pay at the restaurant when collecting your order, or on delivery, by cash or bank card. Online payment is not available.
4. Delivery / collection
Collection at the restaurant and delivery within the areas served. Opening hours, minimum order amounts and any applicable fees are shown on the ordering page.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
